Our van comes off the Bruckner at Castle Hill Avenue, and those ramps stack in both directions at rush hour, so a slot promised for five o'clock is a slot we may struggle to keep. Morning and early afternoon are far more reliable, and we would rather offer a time we can actually make than a time that sounds convenient. Below Lacombe Avenue the streets are quiet and wide enough that even a kerbside job is comfortable, so if your driveway is taken by a second car it is no trouble to work in front of the house.
